Low-cost Spay or Neuter

If you need your pet spayed or neutered and live in the highlighted area, here is where it will cost only 20 bucks!  Mario Castillo with District H has graciously offered to cover the cost of a Houston Pet Set mobile unit from 9/8-9/11. This means anyone residing in District H can get their cat or dog (under 60 pounds) spayed or neutered for only $20 during these dates. Don't miss the chance to register your pet as soon as possible before the appointments are gone.
