Grief: An Expression of Love

Posted 22 hours ago - Aug 4, 2025

From: Rachelle

Lindsey has experienced loss.

Within months of each other, Lindsey's husband, brother and baby girl passed away.  Blakely, her child, was at Camp Mystic when the Texas Hill country flooded.  Blakely was 8 years old when she went to be with Jesus.

Lindsey grieves in "loss" but also in love.  She has hope!

"...we want you to know what will happen to the believers who have died so you will not grieve like people who have no hope. For since we believe that Jesus died and was raised to life again, we also believe that when Jesus returns, God will bring back with Him the believers who have died."                 --1 Thessalonians 4:13

She invites into her pain so that we can grieve our own losses.

"Be happy with those who are happy, and weep with those who weep." --Romans 12:15

Because she lives in Houston, we asked Lindsey if she had heard of KSBJ...
