A Path to Affordable Housing in Montgomery County

A home is more than four walls and a roof. It's often where families grow, memories are made, and hope for the future begins. If you or someone you know has been struggling to find affordable housing, there may be a new opportunity worth exploring.
Habitat for Humanity of Montgomery County is currently accepting applications for its Homeownership Program in the new Marble Creek community in Magnolia.
The program is designed to help qualifying families achieve the dream of affordable homeownership and build a stronger future for themselves and their children.
In addition to helping families purchase homes, Habitat also offers a Home Repair Program that provides critical repairs at little to no cost for eligible homeowners. These repairs can help improve safety, accessibility, and overall quality of life, especially for seniors and individuals living with disabilities.
Habitat's commitment to the community also extends through its Homes for Heroes initiative, which helps first responders, veterans, and school employees find affordable housing opportunities. These are the people who serve our communities every day, and Habitat is working to ensure they have access to stable, affordable places to call home.
A safe and affordable home can make a lasting difference for a family. Whether it's helping someone buy their first home, making critical repairs to keep a homeowner safe, or supporting local heroes, Habitat for Humanity of Montgomery County is working to make a difference.
