The KSBJ Weekend Beat gives you the opportunity to share details of your activities on KSBJ, both before and on the day of your event.
When you invite KSBJ out to your weekend event, we will share details of planned activities and important information about your organization with KSBJ listeners. We will also bring quality outdoor sound equipment for making announcements and filling the air with great Contemporary Christian music heard on 89.3 KSBJ.


KSBJ Weekend Beat includes:

• Approximately 4 hours on-site presence
• KSBJ on-air personality
• Approximately 8 thirty to sixty second on-air announcements, (2 per hour) to highlight an organizations event or initiative
• Pre-event promotion through KSBJ’s on-air underwriting acknowledgments (approximately 16 mentions)
• Remote broadcast support
  • Emcee for announcements
  • PA system for KSBJ music and announcements
  • KSBJ promotional product
  • KSBJ’s lifestyle clothing line “Threads for Life.”
  • KSBJ broadcast truck

The cost recovery for a KSBJ Weekend Beat is $2,000 plus mileage.
Mileage is calculated at $0.55 per mile from KSBJ (1722 Treble Drive, Humble, TX, 77338) to your event location. Two round trips are required, one trip for KSBJ’s Promotions vehicle and the other trip for KSBJ's on-air personality.

Event Requirements:

• We must receive your request at least 30 days prior to the scheduled event.
• Payment must be received 10 days prior to the scheduled event.
• A request does NOT guarantee that the station vehicle will automatically be at your event, but that your request will be considered.
• Your event request is not confirmed until you hear back from a KSBJ representative.
• Requests will be filled based on vehicle availability.
