Sharon Burkhalter
Front Desk Receptionist
As one of the Front Desk receptionists at KSBJ, Sharon answers incoming phone calls and e-mails, greets lobby guests, and assists with prayer requests, concert tickets, and merchandise sales. She has been married to Bob for over 35 years, and they have one son and two daughters. Sharon enjoys participating in her Bible study groups, teaching preschoolers, trying new recipes, and especially spending time with her family. |

Stephanie Meeks
Director of Donor Relations
Stephanie leads the donor relations team and is responsible for making sure that donor’s needs are met. She is also responsible for working with area business and organizations wishing to work with KSBJ’s underwriter program. Stephanie has been married for over 30 years and has three sons and one granddaughter. She loves to read, travel, and work on heirloom quilts with her mother-in-law. |

Sterling Tarrant
Production Director
Besides being the proud father of two beautiful children and a dedicated husband of nearly 21 years, Sterling Tarrant, is the creative expert for all of the “in between song” messages heard on KSBJ. With over 30 years in the radio industry, Sterling has positively impacted Christian radio programming across the nation with his skill in crafting messages that touch people’s hearts. |

Suzy Johnson
Accountant
As one of KSBJ’s Accountants, Suzy is responsible for the accounting and financial reporting for Ticket Servant and Special Events. A full-bred Texan, Suzy was born in Houston and raised in Kingwood. She attended Texas A&M University earning both Bachelors and Masters degrees in Accounting and graduating with honors. Married to her high-school sweetheart, Carter, for 5 years, they have a black and tan dachshund named Maggie who is “spoiled rotten” and keeps them busy and entertained. A member of Woodland’s Church East, Suzy serves in the “First Impressions” Ministry and hosts a small group bible study with her husband. Suzy enjoys spending time at her parent’s ranch outside of Brenham, TX where she goes to fish and relax. She also likes water sports, reading, spending time with family and friends, and craft projects. |

Tamara Harrod
Vice President & Assistant General Manager
Tamara is instrumental in providing direction for the ministry of KSBJ and oversees the business and technology departments. When she is not developing successful business strategies for KSBJ, you can find Tamara hitting the links or fitting in a personal workout. Often described as a worshipper, music and worship have always been part of Tamara’s life. Her favorite Bible verses are Isaiah 40:28-31 and 61:1-3 because they describe the freedom and restoration found in Christ. She enjoys travel, shopping and most of all, spending time with her wonderful son, Luke. |

Tammy Johnson
Special Events Director
As KSBJ’s Special Events Director, Tammy is responsible for managing Special Events and Ticket Servant, which includes booking and promoting all ticketed and free KSBJ Special Events in the Houston area. She provides spiritual and professional leadership to an amazing team of event, promotions, and ticketing managers. Her background is vast and varied having worked for the City of Redding Convention Center & Convention and Visitor’s Bureau in Redding, California with additional experiences in marketing, sales, accounting, human resources and senior living management. Married to Chris since 1999, they have two little dachshunds, Charlie and Cali, who they like to treat as their “babies.” Tammy loves photography, traveling the world with Chris, and being able to serve the Lord and our community through the resources of KSBJ Special Events.

Tanya Moore
Accountant
Tanya assists the accounting department in preparing the financial statements for all of the KSBJ corporations. When she is not crunching numbers, this hip, cool mom is conducting cooking experiments inspired by the Food Network or playing board games with her husband and children. Tanya also enjoys reading and fitting in a good scene from The Cosby Show. Tanya has experienced both the joys and sorrows of life's seasons and finds comfort knowing that Jesus is the author and finisher of her faith. |

Tim McDermott
President and General Manager
Tim’s primary job is to lead the radio station and to make sure that the board’s mission and vision is being carried out by the staff. Tim has been married to Trudy for over 25 years and they have three daughters, the oldest of whom is now married. Tim is an active cyclist and last year rode his bicycle 4,000 miles. |

Whitney Harrison
Special Events Promotions Manager
With stellar style, creativity and passion, Whitney leads the marketing and promotions efforts for all KSBJ Special Event concerts and events. She also authors the KSBJ Christian music blog, Music Moves, hosted on HoustonBelief.com. Whitney has a true appreciation for promoting Christian music and for writing. She loves life and enjoys sharing in it with her friends and family. |
