'Keep Moving Forward' 10-15-2009| 'Debra''Chouest' 'Our home that we had spent 13 years of our life in was destroyed on Valentines Day 2007. My husband, our 5 daughters and our 3 pets safely made it out. We lost everything that night, but our faith in God stood strong. It was the hardest, yet at the same time the most rewarding experience of my life. I had our church to lean on, my job at a local resale store also came through with so many gifts of encouragement and monetary items that it was overwhelming. I had some rough times and at times it was very overwhelming.
The story that included KSBJ in this situation was that I was at a low point, with demolishing the old house, building a new one, getting us a place to live and I asked God if I should put all this aside and stop what we are doing? (One option was to sell the property and just move away). I wanted to throw the towel in, while I was thinking this very thought Chris Ribio said on the radio (which I do not remember turning on), "Keep moving Forward". The reason that is a miracle is I had just watched Meet the Robinsons that morning and that is the premise of the entire show! "Keep moving Forward" is just what I plan on doing. Thank you KSBJ for being there, even if to remind us to keep going. Love you KSBJ!'
